This means that anyone bearing the title of 'manager' will need to be certified. AFRICA Increased labour, job mobility for MENA region - WBBRUSSELS: According to a new report released by the World Bank MENA region, global demographic developments will lead to greater labour and job mobility in the coming decades. BEIRUT, LEBANON: Jomea.com, a free search engine for job opportunities in the Middle East and Africa, was officially launched on Monday, 26 October 2009. Job-seekers can access vacancies from job boards, recruiting sites, company career pages and classifieds in the MEA region. 
Eight Southern African websites which provide free information on salaries, workplace rights and career advice were officially launched late last week. The websites aim to attract over 500 000 users over the next year.
