Festival of Media Awards 2010 call for entries
The fourth annual Festival of Media Awards, organised in association with Advertising Age is open for entries. The winners of the 2010 event will be announced at the awards gala dinner on Tuesday, 20 April 2010 in Valencia.
SA vlogger takes Highway Africa Digital Journalism award

[Simone Puterman] Khaya Dlanga, YouTube vlogger, Thoughtleader blogger and MetropolitanRepublic Johannesburg creative, has scooped the SABC-Highway Africa New Media Award in the Student/Individual category, it was announced last night, Tuesday, 9 September 2007, at the awards ceremony at the 1820 Settlers' Monument in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. CNN Multichoice African Journalist 2008 finalists

Finalists in the CNN MultiChoice African Journalist 2008 Competition were announced yesterday, Thursday, 15 May 2008, by Azubuike Ishiekwene, chair of the independent judging panel.
